If you send the request form, we receive what you typed: the kind of engagement, your name, work email, company, company website, role, phone number (only if you ask us to call), your answers about how the work happens today, and your team size.
Our server sends it to a channel in our team's Slack workspace, through a Slack webhook. This site keeps no copy of its own. If a request cannot be delivered, we log the reason, not what you wrote.
To filter out bots, the form times how long it takes to fill in and has a hidden field people never see. Neither goes to Slack.
Your IP address
When you send the form, our code uses your IP address only to limit how many requests one address can send in a minute. It keeps it in the server's memory for that, and never stores it or forwards it, to Slack or anywhere else. Vercel's request logs do record it: see Hosting.
The quick check
The quick check on the home page runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us and not stored.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no third-party cookies: Vercel tells visits apart with a hash of the request, and discards visitor sessions after 24 hours.
With each page view it may record the page address, the site you came from, an approximate location, and your browser, operating system and device type. We see totals, not people.
Cookies and storage
This site's own code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
No advertising trackers, no tracking pixels, no marketing tools.
“Book a call” and the links to our past work go to samerhany.com, which has its own privacy policy.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, in order to serve the page, and records them in its request logs.
